THE TASK

After more than 20 years of working in the medical and wellness industries, Dr. Lena Detwiler has decided to embark on her solo journey as an entrepreneur, establishing a business to help people live longer and happier lives. Our agency was selected to assist her in developing the brand from scratch, involving various tasks, including but not limited to naming, logo design, content generation, and website development.

THE PROCESS

Our first step was to immerse ourselves in the beauty sphere and grasp the core essence of the wellness industry, along with identifying and understanding the target audience and its needs and expectations. Once we painted the portrait of the target audience, we proceeded to the naming process. After a few rounds of different sets for brand names, we finally arrived at the simple yet straight-to-the-point version – Dr. Lena.


“Dr. Lena” is a compelling and well-thought name communicating expertise and authority while remaining a simple, concise, and easy-to-remember brand. The use of the first name, “Lena”, adds a personal touch and creates a sense of approachability and connection, suggesting that “Dr. Lena” is not just a business but a person dedicated to helping others. It implies a focus on personal care, health, and transformation, resonating with the target audience seeking wellness coaching.
The next step in our process was to design a logotype that conveys the brand promise of a healthier and happier life. The aim was to showcase that the best-in-class techniques are attainable for a broad audience and do not require a special background or specific physical condition. The approved logo depicts a character enjoying life and aiming for new heights, illustrating both physical and mental lightness and complacence.

The third stage of our work on the project was to develop a website, conveying the brand values and creating an immediate connection with the audience. We kept it light and simple, fostering a cozy atmosphere of trust and rapport.

THE RESULTS

DrLena" is the successful outcome of Dr. Lena Detwiler's dream to make wellness and beauty better for everyone. The brand's name, "DrLena," is both professional and friendly, showing Dr. Lena's dedication to personal care. The logo, which got the thumbs up, is a happy picture that represents DrLena's goal to share top-notch wellness ideas with everyone, no matter who they are.
